FCS was founded in 2012 as FC Sanitation. We are based out of Toccoa, GA and service all areas of Stephens, Franklin, Habersham and White Counties as well as portions of Banks, Hartwell, and Rabun Counties. FCS was based upon a simple premise—to provide an extraordinary level of service in the waste industry with quality, home-town customer service.
