Bowen & Watson, Inc. provides effective risk managment by proactively managing scope definition, schedule compliance, and cost and quality control during all phases of the construction process. While actively providing Design-Bid-Build and Design Build services, Bowen & Watson, Inc. also performs many of their projects as a Construction Manager (CM) at-Risk. We were among the first to begin offering these services for public school projects in Georgia and South Carolina.
