2019 Ida Cox Music Series Featuring Roadhouse Jukebox

Named after the legendary "Uncrowned Queen of Blues" and Toccoan native, the Ida Cox Music Series celebrates the best that Toccoa has to offer: A love of music, a celebration of diversity, and a whole lot of talent.

The 2019 Ida Cox Music Series takes place every Saturday in June, July, and August, beginning at 7pm. Each Saturday features a different artist, beer, wine, and food served on the street, and much more.

Roadhouse Jukebox is a new musical side project of Back In The Saddle. Back In The Saddle is a Western Music band based in Atlanta, GA. Our repertoire includes Western Swing, Classic Cowboy songs, TV/Movie Western theme songs and originals written in the Western Music style. Our shows are fun, energetic and entertaining for all ages. 

With Roadhouse, we members of Back In The Saddle are exploring a couple of musical genres that we know and love, Classic Country music and Rock 'n Roll from the 1940's thru the 1970's and R. The repertoire includes songs by Carl Perkins, Hank Williams, Gene Vincent, Patsy Cline, Dottie West, Kitty Wells, Hank Snow, Willie Nelson, Buddy Holly, Loretta Lynn, Ray Price, Roy Orbison, Tammy Wynette, George Jones (just to name a few). The songs that played on jukeboxes all across the US and still have meaning for us in the digital age.
